Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Orlando Ladybug is a Central Florida gardening journal at OrlandoLadybug.com. It is published by Tabaconda LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Florida, USA. Pages are readable without an account. We do not sell personal information.

1. Who publishes this journal

Privacy mail: privacy@tabaconda.com. General mail: sales@tabaconda.com. Legal mail: legal@tabaconda.com. See contact.

2. What is collected

Tabaconda LLC does not ask you to create an account, and it does not store a garden diary on its servers. What is processed:

  • Consent cookie. A first-party cookie named sa_cookie_consent remembers Accept All or Essential Only so the banner does not return on every load.
  • Optional analytics. If you choose Accept All, Google Tag Manager (GTM-TS879NPB) and Google Analytics 4 (G-18BXMR927W) measure which pages are opened. Essential Only, or a Global Privacy Control signal, keeps those tags off.
  • Mail you send. Notes to sales@, privacy@, or legal@tabaconda.com are read to answer the note.
  • On-device tools. Flipbook drafts, print-quality choice, and postcard collages stay in this browser (localStorage or a file you save). They are not uploaded to Tabaconda LLC.
  • Server logs. Ordinary web logs (time, path, browser string, IP) may be kept on the publisher’s host to keep the pages up and to find abuse.

3. Cookies

The consent cookie is essential. Analytics cookies run only after Accept All. How to change the choice is on the cookie policy.

4. Third parties

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, after Accept All. Google Privacy Policy.
  • UF/IFAS, USDA, and other papers linked from lessons keep their own policies. Opening those links leaves OrlandoLadybug.com.

Measurement tags run only after Accept All. Advertising tags are not loaded on these pages.

5. Your rights in the United States

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you may have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for using those rights. Tabaconda LLC is organised in Florida. Controller status under statutes that apply only to much larger businesses is not claimed.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Analytics runs only after you accept optional cookies. To ask a question, write privacy@tabaconda.com and name the page.

Your Privacy Choices: use the consent banner (Accept All or Essential Only), send a Global Privacy Control signal, or clear cookies for this host in the browser.

6. Children

Kids worksheets, quizzes, and the flipbook run in the browser. A child is not asked for a name, email, or account. Personal information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. Print-quality choice and flipbook drafts stay on the device that made them. COPPA does not require a parent-consent flow here because that data is not collected on Tabaconda LLC servers.

7. Retention

Consent cookies last up to 365 days unless you clear them. Mail is kept as long as needed to answer the note. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and uptime. On-device drafts last until you clear site storage or delete the saved file.

8. International readers

Tabaconda LLC is based in Florida, United States. Information you send by mail, and any analytics you accept, may be processed in the United States.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The “Last updated” date at the top is the revision date. Questions: privacy@tabaconda.com.
